Returns & Exchanges Policy

Cliana returns are very easy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items for an exchange or for a prompt credit coupon for a future purchase at cliana.com. To return, simply send unworn and unwashed merchandise with all tags and original packaging in the original shipping carton within 15 days from the receipt of goods

Cliana will only honor returns on orders placed directly with Cliana. Cliana will not honor returns on merchandise purchased at retail locations, dealers, or market places. Exchange must be for the same product, or a product of the same value.

Once we receive, the returned items will be inspected before an exchange or credit is issued. Your credit coupon for the item(s) you returned will be the cost paid by you less any applicable shipping and cash on delivery charges. Please allow up to 10 business days to process returns. The return shipping cost will be paid by the customer.

No exchange will be made or credit will be issued if the items are used, damaged or are excluded from returns.

In the unlikely event of wrong merchandise sent to you, please notify us immediately and we will send you the correct merchandise promptly. If the package appears to be damaged at the time of delivery by the postal or courier service, please refuse the package or notify us within 24 hours of package delivery to request an exchange.

Items excluded from returning

Due to the intimate and high hygienic nature of the products we sell, we regret to accept returns & exchanges on certain products.

Excluded from coverage under this policy are the following:

  • Opened boxes and items such as bras, maternity bras, panties, briefs, shapewear, hosiery, or any lingerie set that includes a panty or brief.
  • Gift cards are non-returnable and will not be exchanged for cash.
  • Shipping/Handling/Delivery charges cannot be returned, refunded or credited.
  • Gift box charges will not be refunded if goods are returned. Gift box requests for exchanges will be additional charge.
  • Sets/Packs/Combo Items sold together cannot be returned as individual items.
  • Promotions and ClearanceSpecial or seasonal promotions and clearance items cannot be returned. Such no return policies will displayed on the product page.
  • Worn, Washed and Soiled cannot be returned. Please respect hygiene. After inspecting the returned goods, we will refuse return on items that have been worn, washed or soiled.
  • Products damaged due to mis-washing. Please be sure to follow washing and handling instructions carefully.

Do not return these items as the returns deparment cannot process these items or send them back to you.

Contact Cliana for a Return Authorization Number ("RA#").

  • Call +1 936 225 4262 or Email Support to get a RA (Returns Authorization) number.
  • Print the RA# clearly on the outside of the box.
